The Old & The New
Hey Everybody!
I hope you’ve been having fun in this new year … I sure have! So let’s catch up!
To end last year, I teamed up once again with Randy Skach of Western Automatic Music and created a fun animation for Peel to show how to set up their Peel Smart Remote. It’s a pretty cool new way to discover what’s on the tube … check out the animation below!
Last month marked my fourth year of freelancing full time and since my favorite number is 4 it can only be a great year right! And I gotta say … so far it is starting off pretty great!
As you may have noticed … I’ve got a new website look and feel up & going. It’s got a nifty new billboard front & center so you can quickly see if there’s anything new going on. Also on the front page is quick access to my most recent work. The portfolio is now filterable by skill. And I’ve now got endorsements posted, so you can see the experience others have had working with me. If you’d like to give me an endorsement on a project we’ve worked on together, please contact me. I’d greatly appreciate it.
And last, but not least, for the first time there will be a hometown screening of my old animation How To Put a Square Peg Into a Round Hole. It will be playing this Thursday evening at Screenland Theaters in Crown Center as part of the CinemaKC Showcase of Kansas City Women in Film & Television. Cocktails are at 6:30pm and the showcase begins at 7:30pm. Tickets are $8. More info can be found here. Hope to see you there!
If you have any animation, illustration or video projects you’d like me to work on just contact me and let’s discuss the possibilities!
Keep on playin’!
